A bit cheesey sounding on first listen, but great to dance to, preferably with a Kilimanjaro beer in your hand. I bought this from a dusty market stall in Arusha. Strangely, both songs contain the same weird mambo chant, about two thirds through. both have a very typical lingala song structure, with hypnoitic loopic guitar lines. Luciana is Congolese singer Luciana Demingongo. These 2 songs also appear on the 1993 album of his band, "La Nouvelle Generation de la Republic Democratique". His discography (in Japanese) is here:
